Traditionally, Yellow Mustard has been used for treatment of coughs with profuse phlegm. In the Ayurvedic texts, it has also been reported useful in treatment of respiratory infections, arthritic joints, chilblains and skin eruptions. Brassica alba is also a rich source of nutrients like selenium and omega 3 fatty acid.
